Services & Offerings

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Individual remote healing sessions are 60 minutes in duration and delivered at a distance. Sessions are priced at €75 per session. The Client is responsible for ensuring they are in a safe, comfortable and undisturbed environment for the duration of the session.

GROUNDWORK CONTAINER

The Groundwork container is a sustained healing program consisting of either 6 or 10 sessions, priced at €420 and €700 respectively. The container begins following a 20–30 minute application call and mutual confirmation by both parties. Sessions are spaced at a pace agreed between Practitioner and Client, typically every few days to once per week.

RETREAT HEALING PROGRAMS

Retreat healing programs are bespoke offerings designed in collaboration with retreat holders. Pricing, format, and scope are agreed in writing before any program begins. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the engagement. The balance is due two weeks before the retreat start date.

NATURE OF THE WORK

VortexHealing® Divine Energy Healing is an energetic healing modality. It is complementary to—and does not replace—conventional medical treatment, psychological care, or any other professional health service. All sessions are offered in good faith and with full professional commitment. Results vary between individuals and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

AYURVEDIC NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COACHING

Sylvana Janssen is a certified Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle coach. Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance may be offered as a standalone service or integrated alongside VortexHealing® sessions where relevant. This guidance covers Ayurvedic principles of lifestyle, daily routine, seasonal living, and nutritional recommendations based on dosha assessment.

Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle coaching is educational and lifestyle-oriented in nature. It does not constitute medical nutrition therapy, clinical dietetics or medical advice. Clients with specific medical conditions, eating disorders, or clinical nutritional needs are advised to consult a qualified medical professional or registered dietitian alongside any Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance received.

03

Booking & Payment

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS BOOKINGS

Individual sessions are booked via the scheduling system on this website (powered by Acuity Scheduling). A booking is confirmed upon completion of payment. Accepted payment methods are those available through the payment processor at the time of booking.

GROUNDWORK CONTAINER PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a Groundwork container. The remaining balance is due before the fourth session begins. Payment is made via invoice issued by the Practitioner. Failure to complete payment may result in the container being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.

RETREAT HEALING PAYMENT

A 50% deposit confirms the retreat engagement. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the retreat start date. Travel and accommodation costs are invoiced separately and are always in addition to the program fee.

PRICING

All prices are listed in euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The Practitioner reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings and containers are not subject to price changes after confirmation.

Prices will increase in January 2027 following the completion of the Practitioner's Western Fundamentals. Clients with confirmed containers and retreat engagements booked before this date retain their agreed pricing.

04

CANCELLATION BY THE PRACTITIONER

The Practitioner reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if it is deemed not to be in the best interest of the Client or if the nature of the request falls outside the Practitioner's scope of practice. In such cases, a full refund of any amounts paid will be issued.
